Refund policy
At Today's Doers Apparel, each item is created specifically for you as soon as you place your order. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and products while minimizing waste. Because our products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand service (Printify), our return policy is a little different from stores that hold inventory.
Returns Accepted (Damaged or Defective Items Only):
We only offer returns and replacements if your item is:
- Damaged: The product arrived broken or flawed.
- Defective: There is a manufacturing error.
- Incorrect: You received the wrong item or size due to an error on our part or the print provider's.
If your item falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please use our Contact Us form within 14 days of receiving your order.
- In your message, clearly describe the issue and provide clear photos showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item received. Photos are essential for us to process your request.
- Please include your order number in your message.
Upon reviewing your request and photos, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you will typically not be required to return the original item.
- We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method, at your preference (subject to item availability).
EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period):
For customers located in the European Union: Please be aware that, in accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
As all products from Today's Doers Apparel are print-on-demand and created specifically for your order, they fall under this exception. Therefore, you do not have a right to withdraw from the purchase simply because you change your mind or ordered the wrong size.
Your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected by this exception.
Returns Not Accepted (Except for Defects as Noted Above):
Because your item is custom-printed just for you, and in accordance with the nature of personalized goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer's Remorse: You changed your mind or no longer want the item.
- Incorrect Size Ordered by the Customer: Please carefully check our size charts before placing your order.
- Incorrect Color or Design Selection by the Customer: Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
- Minor Differences: Slight variations in color, print placement, or size (within tolerance levels common in textile manufacturing) compared to mock-ups are not considered defects.
We encourage you to double-check your order details and consult size charts carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable):
If a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
